It's not ghetto, it's equally adorable

This is my personal opinion but I noticed on Tumblr these girls wearing rainbow tip hair extensions (That are really cute.) and for a second I wonder why aren't any African American (Black/Brown) girls wearing them..and then a couple of thoughts occurred. The main one being: Is it because it would be viewed as ghetto or not as cute as per se a Lolita girl or any other ethnicity? I'm not tryna be or sound racist I think the style is super cute and should be looked at equally: Adorable!
